He is survived by: his son Chris; his daughter-in-law April Simpkins; his daughters, Kellie (Keith Simpkins) and Melissa Bolling; his grandchildren, Cole, Cayden, Elijah, Isaac, Dani, Brandon (Jennifer), Alicia, Cam and Zaine; his great grandchildren, Aleah, Hunter, Anna, Ali, Alivia and Addy; his sister Linda; and his brother-in-law Curtis Kast. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
