He is survived by: his wife Jo Linkous; his daughter Cindy; his son-in-law William Eanes; his grandchildren, Christian Eanes and Makayla Eanes (Garrett McCann); his siblings, Priscilla (Mike Patrick), Ponnie (Ben Shawver), Debbie (Eddie Gallimore) and Butch; and his siblings-in-law, Gina Linkous, Hilda, Bill Walls, Sherman, Debbie Early, Dale, Nancy Early and William Bain. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McCoy Funeral Home (150 Country Club Dr SW, Blacksburg, VA 24060). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel (150 Country Club Dr SW, Blacksburg, VA 24060).
