She is survived by: her siblings, Pauline Caldwell, James Slusher, Carl Slusher and Mike Slusher; her siblings' children, Harold Spencer (Ruby), Dennis Woolwine (JoAnn), Melissa Bishop, Jonathan Bishop, Matthew Bishop, Jeff Caldwell, Stephen Slusher, Eric Akers (Cara), Joshua Akers (Chastity), Angie Crowl, Carla Reed, Burman'Skip'Akers, Mary Ann Bowen (Phillip), Shelley Butler (Michael), Donna Roberts (Eddie) and Jody Kitts (Tracy); her siblings-in-law, Luther Spencer (Willa Mae), John'Johnny'Spencer (Linda), Linda Henderson (Thurman), Nancy Linkous, Betty Clower and Martha Sefcik; and her caregivers, Missy, Rebekkah, Marisa and Earnestine.
