She was predeceased by: her daughter Megan; her parents, Grace Poluch and Jerry Poluch; and her brother Tom. She is survived by: her husband Eddie (Aloha Eddie); her children, Jessica Hayes and Thomas Hayes; and her sister Dawn Foley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and countless friends.
