She was predeceased by : her former life partner Charles Collins; her parents, Charlie Weeks and Mae Belle Weeks; and her sister Nancy Ellen Weeks. She is survived by : her children, Clint E. Collins (Catey), Daphne Rakes (Joe) and Lurleen Collins (Kris Peter); her grandchildren, Raymond Rakes (Amanda), Lauren Kate Collins, Erika Rakes (Thomas Klok) and Natalie Rakes; her great grandchildren, Abbie Newton and Asher Collins; her sister Mary Sue Collins (Gaynor); and her husband Dennis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
