She was predeceased by : her parents, Dennis David Rowe and Edna Mae Rowe (Daugherty); her husband Summers T. Shiplett, Jr.; and her siblings, Leroy Rowe, Ruth Rowe and Glenna Mizer.
She is survived by : her children, Douglas Shiplett of Staunton and Vivian Lough (Jim) of Verona; her grandchildren, Douglas Troy Shiplett, Christina Dawn Vanlandingham and Matthew Scott Lough; and her great grandchildren, Timothy Seddon, Ryleigh Lough, Carter Lough and Christopher Vanlandingham.
