She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Culler and Sally Vernon Cox; her husband William Leon McDowell; her sibling's children, Mark Hamm, James Hamm, Gary Gibbons and Tracie Gibbons; and her brother-in-law Mitch Bowman.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy McDowell and Edward McDowell; her daughter-in-law Lisa; her grandchildren, Cristy White (MJ) and Justin Collins (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Leah White, Mackenzie White, Hunter Collins, Kyrsten Collins and Emory Collins; her sisters, Lucille Hamm (Junior) and Christine Bowman; and her siblings' children, David Hamm, Kevin Culler, Mary Ann King, Dawne Simpson, Debbie Hamm, Shawne Priddy and Becky Boyd.
Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
