He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence William Puffinburger; and his brothers, Larry and Danny Puffinburger. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Elizabeth Haines Miller; his stepfather Greg Miller; and his siblings, Randy, Brian, Keith, Kevin Puffinburger and Donna Moreland.
