He is survived by: his wife Marietta Fay Haines; his children, Debra Parrish (Russell) of Clear Book, VA and Mark Lipscomb (Pamela) of Winchester, VA; his grandson Brian Lipscomb of Winchester, VA; his brothers, Edward Lipscomb (Elaine) of Eglon, WV and Tommy Lipscomb (Bernadette) of Charles Town, WV; and his sister-in-law Almeda Lipscomb.
