He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Chapman and Isabelle Rickman Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Terry Prior Chapman of Clifton Forge; and his children, Samantha Bryant of Roanoke, Amber Chapman of Fl and Al "Buddy" Chapman of Clifton Forge. He is also survived by several grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews.
