He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Dalton Foscoe, Sr. and Mildred Hazel Bryant Foscoe; and his siblings, Betty Rapp and Steven Allen Foscoe. He is survived by: his siblings, Roberta Feye Kimberlin (Donald) of Clifton Forge, Frank William Foscoe (Nannie) of Clifton Forge and Larry Lee Foscoe of Covington; and his nephew Hunter Earl Foscoe.
