He is survived by: his wife Millie Watts Clark; his children, James Alan Clark (Brook Tidwell) of Newport News, Sarah Clark Hyler of Clifton Forge, Debbie Clark of Clifton Forge and Joanna Clark Thornton of Newport News; his grandchildren, Logan Hyler, Marleyna Hyler, Alexis Clark, Hampton Clark, Jareko Thornton and Waverly Campbell; his siblings, Basil Joe Clark, Shirley of Nelson County, George William Clark (Joyce) of Covington, Alan Clark (Barbara) of Clarksville, David C. Clark (Susan) of Louisa and Elizabeth Nell Clark Wilson (Donald) of Clarksville; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Loan (Earl) of Clifton Forge and Sherry Watts of Clifton Forge; and his close friends, Larry Hayslett, Mark Harvey and Butch Robinson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
