He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Emerson Holt, Sr. and Pauline Downey Holt; his sister-in-law Susie Holt; and his great-nephew Matthew Darnell. He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn King (David) of Eagle Rock and Fred Holt of Selma; and his uncle William G. Holt (Diana) of Alamobodo, NM. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
