She was predeceased by: her parent Garnett Clayton Nicely, Sr.; her son Dale Lee Nicely, Jr.; and her siblings, Garnett Clayton Nicely, Jr., Mark Nicely and Peggy Dunbar.
She is survived by: her mother Lula Belle Nicely of Clifton Forge; her daughters, Jessica Nicely of Clifton Forge, Jennifer Nicely of Iron Gate and Ashley Nicely of Clifton Forge; her siblings, Dinah Johnson (Richard) of Hot Springs, Patricia Stanley (Bobby) of Clifton Forge, Barbara Wright (Bobby Williams) of Clifton Forge and Wayne Nicely of Clifton Forge; her brothers-in-law, Leo Wright and Michael Dunbar; her sister Polly Humphreys; her grandchildren, Jacob Nicely, Bentley Nicely, Kayleigh Wright, Abigail Humphreys and Emily Humphreys; and her close friend John Anthony "Tony" Williams of Glen Wilton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
