He is survived by: his children, Beatrice Edwards of Woodbridge, Dorothy Hicks of Woodbridge, Sharon of Alexandria, Ericka Romain of Clinton, MD and Otis Jr. (Linda) of Fayetteville, NC. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
