She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel J. Matheney and Ida Riley Matheney; her husband Ernest E. Williams; her siblings, Emma Ross, Mable Smith, Nettie Williams, Daniel Matheney, Jr., Howard Samuel Matheney, Homer Matheney and John Wayne Matheney; and her grandson Edward Lee Williams.
She is survived by: her sons, Ernest Williams, Jr. of Hot Springs, Donald L. Williams (Fran) of Fredericksburg and Gary A. Williams of Staunton; her siblings, Norma Swearingin (Carl) of Millboro and Ernest Matheney of Millboro; her grandchildren, Joy Lee Williams, Charlie Williams, Scott Williams and Amanda Acosta (Daniel); and her great grandchild Kailee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
