It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Earl Vance (Clintwood, Virginia), who passed away on July 3, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Rosemary Spalding (Alton). He is survived by: his wife Rita Vance of Rutledge, TN.; his children, Chris Vance (Darlene) of Clintwood, VA. and Betsy Yates of Rutledge, TN.; his grandchildren, Barry Yates (Crystal) and Jessica Robinson (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Abby Robinson and Jamie Robinson; and his stepgrandchildren, Aaron, Savannah and Jacob Sutherland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews host of other relatives and friends.
