She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Howard and Ida Mae Howard; her siblings, Bruce Howard, Carolyn McKenzie and Dr. Patricia Vanover; and her children, Kathy Carol and Scotty.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin Setser of Clintwood; her sons, Mike Setser of Clintwood and James Setser (Tracy) of Castlewood; her grandchildren, Scottie Setser, Christa Setser, Kelsey Wright and Allyson Jenkins; her sisters, Vickie Phipps (Daniel) of Clintwood and Janie Vanover (Mark) of Clintwood; and also April Setser Mullins (Donnie).
