She is survived by: her parents, Harry Phillips of Richmond and Alma Phillips of Richmond; her husband James E. Mulvany Sr (Jim); her children, James E. Mulvany, Jr., Anne L. Mulvany of Mechanicsville, Susan R. West (Brian) of Fruitland Maryland and Jennifer L. McBrien (Chris) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Madison L., Thomas C. West, Calvin J. Geisbert, Drew McBrien and Alicia McBrien; her brother Leslie H. Dawson, III; Leslie Howard Sr. of Richmond, Annie Celeste Dawson of Richmond and Quepos Costa Rica. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
