He is survived by: his wife Esther S. Williams Jenkins; his daughters, Julia DeJesus (Mike) of Richmond, Beverly Payne (Bill) of Coles Point, Winnie Jenkins of Haynesville, Bonnie Ferrara of Coles Point and Connie Washington (Darnell) of Jamaica; his brother Doug Jenkins, Sr.; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Emma, Crystal, Michelle, Billy, Heather, Sidney, Ashley, Amy, John and Cheyene.
