She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Clifton Edwards and Nannie Lee Tolbert Edwards; her siblings, Eva "Mae" Gilley, Dorothy Maslyk, Ella Frances Edwards, Annie Ruth Edwards, Virgil Edwards, Maynard Edwards, Wyatt Edwards and Clarence Edwards; and her son-in-law David Wayne Mabe.
She is survived by: her husband Alfred Lewis Paitsel, Jr.; her children, Angela Gail Paitsel-Mabe and Kevin Lewis Paitsel (Jennifer); her brothers, Earnest Edwards, Steve Edwards and Ray Edwards; and her grandchildren, Patricia "Trisha" Mabe, Christian Mabe, Kaden Paitsel, Conner Mabe and Zachary Paitsel.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Faith Fellowship (100 Wirtz Rd, Wirtz, VA 24184).
