She is survived by: her sons, Robert D. Hess (Beth A.), Jason D. Hess (Tracey R.) and Carl R. Hess (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Laura, Jonathan, Noelle, Erika, Jayla, Skye, Jason, Jr., Carl and Addison; her great grandchild Jaiden; her parents, Douglas Vaughan and Janet Vaughan; her brother Douglas Vaughan, Jr.; and her niece Carlie Vaughan.
