He was predeceased by: his father Wilburn "Billy" Leroy Woodcock, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Gail E. Woodcock; his children, Wilburn "Tripp" Woodcock III (Melissa), Leonard Lee Parrish (Steffany), Vincent Rice and Amanda Tharp (Glenn); his grandchildren, Makenzee, Lee, Cash and Stetson; his mother Sandra Bell Woodcock; his sister Michelle "Shelly" Ferguson (Dann); his half-sister Toni Gail Miller; and his sibling's children, Kendall and Adam Parton.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory (2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar E Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory - Colonial Heights (2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834).
