Cooper of Concord, Virginia, born in Franklin, Virginia, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James Sterling and Virginia Cooper; and his brother Roy Cooper. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Cooper Born (Patty); his children, Patsy Lynn (Paul Borden) of Moneta, Sherry Hall of Concord, Gary "Hoby" Cooper (Dawn) of Concord, Robin Cooper of Bedford, Candi Cooper of Lynchburg and James Cooper (Tonia) of Roanoke; and his brother Donnie Cooper of Moneta.
