It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Hamlett of Concord, Virginia, who passed away on October 18, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Hamlett, Sr. and Jane Avis Cox Hamlet; her brother Edward Hamlett Jr.; her aunt Mary Tweedy; her uncles, Willie Franklin and Earl Franklin; and her nephew Cartez O. Hamlett.

She is survived by : her sons, Dale Hamlett of Concord, VA. and Sammie E. Hamlet of Chesterfield, VA.; her siblings, Doris Hamlet, Ruby Hamlett of Lynchburg, VA., James Hamlett of Lynchburg, VA and Robert Hamlett of Concord, VA.; and her aunt Irma Jones of Lynchburg, VA..
