She was predeceased by : her husband Albert Mack Collins, Sr.. She is survived by : her son Albert Mack Collins, Jr. (Teresa) of Concord; her mother Julia Swain; her siblings, Edward Swain (Kay) of Lynchburg, Phyllis Swain and Pamela Anderson of Buckingham; her grandchildren, Alex Peyton Collins, Aaron Blake Collins and Amanda Brooke Collins; and her great grandchild Ayden James Collins. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
