He is survived by : his daughters, Frances D. Shuey (Robert) of Churchville and Shelley D. Powell (Randy) of Staunton; his sister Nettie Y. Flippen (William) of Glen Allen; his grandchildren, Sarah S. King (Mack), Megan S. Painter (Bill), William Seth Mowry (Aimee), Rachel B. Caporelli (Keith), Sean D. Powell and Samantha Lelia Powell; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Ella, Kadie Hevener, Wesley, Ayda King, Gwyneth, Rhys Mowry, Gavin, Leah Caporelli, Evelyn, Lexie and Michelle Painter.
