He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ross Kenneth McAlpine and Martha Victoria McRae; his wife Juanita McAlpine; his brother Robert McAlpine (Dolores); his children, Susan Woodhouse (Daniel), Karen McAlpine, Jennifer Neiman (Keith) and Kenneth Ross McAlpine, Jr. (Barbara); and his stepsons, Jeffrey Armstrong (Joan) and Mark Armstrong (Mary). He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
