He is survived by: his wife Eva Menefee; his daughter Terry Gifford (Kevin); his stepchildren, Barbara Payne (Albert) of Washington, VA, Nelson Jenkins (Janet) of Washington, VA, Robert Jenkins (Emily) of Washington, VA, Branson Jenkins (Charlotte) of Culpeper and Ricky Pullen (Cathy) of Luray; his siblings, William Menefee (Sandra) of Culpeper and Dorothy Switzer (Bobby) of Culpeper; his stepdaughter-in-law Linda Jenkins of Boston; and his sister-in-law Sarah of Culpeper. He is also survived by one grandson; nineteen step grandchildren; fifty step great grandchildren; and eight step great-great grandchildren.
