He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ellen Coffey; and his son David Thomas Coffey. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Brill (Robert); his grandchildren, Justin Dean and Ashley Lillard; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Leann Dean and Ayden Michael Dean; and his siblings, Steve Coffey (Shirley), Scott Coffey (Diane), Dennis Coffey (Donna), Douglas Coffey (Bonnie) and Sue Butler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
