Clifford Owen Bullard III Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clifford Owen Bullard III of Culpeper, Virginia, who passed away on March 18, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Clifford Owen may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Bullard and Sharon Bullard; and his brother David Bullard. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas, Sarah Bullard of Culpeper, Zachary and Rachel Sharon Bullard of Charlottesville, VA; his grandson Barrett Anthony of Culpeper, VA; his sister Pamela Jean Bramhall; and his brother-in-law Mike of Section, AL. He is also survived by many aunts, in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
