With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James E. Jackson Jr. of Culpeper, Virginia, who passed away on June 21, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James E. Jackson and Ruth Marie Tomes Jackson; and his sisters, Lula Graves, Levern Tinsley, Corena Holmes and Betty Perkins.

He is survived by : his siblings, Robert "Toy" Jackson (Pearl), Dallas Jackson (Priscilla), Keith James, Ruth Williams, Phyllis Pettie, Gloria Smith (John), Darlene Ford (Wilbur) and Andrea Jackson-Dinkins; and his brothers-in-law, Luther Perkins and Gilbert Tinsley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
