He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Jenkins Jr. and Josephine Mae Jenkins; and his siblings, Jerry Lee Jenkins and Patricia "Pat" Jenkins-Ross. He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce M. Lillard (Rickey), Roger L. Jenkins (Janie M. Jenkins) and Kenneth B. Jenkins (Kenny). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Found and Sons Funeral Chapels & Cremation Service (850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Found and Sons Funeral Home (850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at the Sperryville Cemetery.
