We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2020, at the age of 51, Mark Allen Parker (Culpeper, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his uncle Franklin Parker; and his aunt Marjorie Parker. He is survived by : his parents, Roger Parker and Kimberly Parker; his sister Melissa; his brother-in-law Gary Deal; his nephew Parker Jones; and his daughter Morgan Kerns. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Due to COVID mandates, masks are required to enter our building.
