Guy Edgar Showalter Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Guy Edgar Showalter of Daleville, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 9, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Yount Showalter and Virginia Durham Showalter; his former wife Shirley Montgomery Showalter; and his siblings, Nancy Folks, Virginia "Jenny" Jo Showalter, Bobbie Slusher, Richard, Jack and Tommy Showalter.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Moore Showalter of Mankato, MN; his daughter Annie Zollinger of Daleville; his stepson Brian Lindell of Mankato, MN; his daughters, Denise Brubaker and Debbie Morran; and also Mike Huffman. He is also survived by four step grandchildren; ten step great grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews including two special nieces.
