She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Mahfouz and Kelly Mahfouz Sr.; and her brother Kelly Michael Mahfouz, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Jeffry Frazier; her son Andrew Wertz (Jenny); her stepdaughters, Rebecca Green (Nathan) and Bethany Mitchell (Christopher); her grandchildren, Azariah, Fairlight, Gabriel, Adrian, Gavin, John and Brady; her siblings, David Mahfouz (Paige), Annette Cheveallier (David) and Lisa Mahfouz; and her siblings' children, Jean-Clair, Alyse, Christian, Michael and Ian.
In her spare time Yvonne was an active member of the Church of the Transfiguration, the Circle of Mary Church Club, and a member of the Botetourt Town & Country Women's Club helping the local community with charity work.
