She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Wayne Starr; her daughters, Rhonda Kendrick of Halifax, VA, Wendy Blake (David) of Louisiana and Donna Yeatts (John) of Danville, VA; her stepchildren, Lisa Jones (Danny) and Richard Wilson; her grandchildren, Dakota Williams, Joshua Williams, Ricky Giles, Brittany Starr, Jonathan Giles, Makayla Blake, Andrew Blake, Justin Yeatts and Hunter Yeatts; her great grandchildren, Caleb Starr and Winter Giles; and her stepgrandson Damon Jones.
