She was predeceased by: her parents, David Thomas Keatts and Evelyn Weatherford Keatts; her spouse Pemberton "Pem" Lipford; and her brother Carlton Keatts. She is survived by: her daughters, Stacey L. Dalton (Barry) and Kristi L. Ferrell (Rob); and her grandchildren, Makayla Dalton (Trey), Graham Dalton, Taylor Ferrell and Evan Ferrell.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to Danville Pittsylvania Cancer Association.
