He was predeceased by: his father Louis S. Garnett, Sr.; and his sisters, Kyle Primus and Karen Garnett. He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Kyles Adams; and his children, Louis S. Garnett, III of Danville, VA, Raquel Garnett of Bloomfield, NJ and Shanrita Wakefield of Boston, MA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
