She was predeceased by: her parents, Diokno M. Josef (Belen Cruz Josef) and Filipino. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Cesar S. Guanzon; her sons, Michael C. Guanzon, Dr. Angelo P. Guanzon (Anna V. Guanzon), Dr. Mitchell J. Guanzon (Miami) and Dr. Matthew J. Guanzon (Verna C. Guanzon); her grandchildren, Ethan, Cole, Apollo, Nikko, Connor, Logan, Pompeii and Orion; her nephew Rembert F. Josef (Eleanor); her great-niece Carmela; her great-nephew Jeremy; her siblings' children, Yvette F. Josef, Christina J. Angeles, Czarina J. Angeles and John Paul Josef; and her siblings, Clarita C. Josef, Fely J. Angeles and Arturo C. Josef (Victoria J. Guzman).
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (540 Central Blvd, Danville, VA 24541). A funeral Mass was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (538 Central Blvd, Danville, VA 24540).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in her memory.
