She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Basham and Florence Pearl Cundiff Basham; her husband Rayford Wiseman Daniels; her daughter Beth Daniels Fuquay; her son-in-law George Wray Ware; and her siblings, Reggie Basham, Kathleen Murphy, Sally Moore, Hattie Hall, Marie Martin and Beatrice Walker.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Daniels Ware of Danville, VA; her son-in-law James Harvey Fuquay, Jr. of Danville, VA; her grandchildren, Daniel Wray Ware (Elizabeth) of Danville, VA, James Harvey Fuquay, III of Dry Fork, VA, Danielle Ware Dana (Stephen) of Southern Pines, NC and Jane Margaret Fuquay of Raleigh, NC; her great grandchildren, Colston Daniel Ware, Lauren Elizabeth Ware and Paul Ware Dana; her sister Louella Wood of Vinton, VA; her stepbrother Otey Dudley (Mary) of Abingdon, VA; and her niece Peggy McGuire of Bedford, VA. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Danville Life Saving Crew or to Woodlawn Baptist Church.
