He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Corene Hummel (Armstrong) of Briery Branch and Fravel Hummel; his sons, Allen Fravel Hummel, Jr. (Glenda) of Bridgewater, Parker Eli Hummel (Elizabeth Reedy Pennington) of Keezletown and Casey Todd Hummel (Teri) of Harrisonburg; his siblings, LaDonna Plaugher (Grant) of Dayton, Monna Knott of Briery Branch and Lanny Hummel (Donna) of Keezletown; his grandchildren, Alisha Hummel, Cimantha Strawderman, Brodi Allen Hummel, Keri Knighten, Caleb Hoover, Lucas Hummel and Wyatt Hummel; his great grandchildren, Brynlee Jay Strawderman, Callee Jo Strawderman and Stephanie Southerly; and his brother Barry Hummel. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
