Cook, Jr. (Chuck), Diane Young (Keith), Wanda Pittman (Kenny), Celeste Spiers (Lee) and Lillie Bell; his pets, Bootsy and Kelly; his grandchildren, Christina Wallace (Jeremiah), Melissa Lemons, Leonard Young, Brandon Eggleston (Melany), Britney Aultman (Chris), Brianne Pittman, Amanda Adams (Justin), Justin Spiers and Miranda Spiers; and his brothers, Donald Cook (Janice) of Portland, Mason Cook (Bernice) of Ivor, VA and Glenn Cook (Paulette) of Windsor, VA..
