In the sacred silence of farewell, Jerry Wilbon is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Jerry Wilbon's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Wilbon Pope and Helen Atkins Baldwin. He is survived by: his children, Jeremiah Pope, Tobe Pope Cody Pope (Kristin), Jamie Pope, Melody Pope and Tommy Lacks; his siblings, Judy P. Wilmoth (Wayne) of Victoria and Glenn Pope (Kathleen) of Richmond; and his caregiver David Uwanawich. He is also survived by nieces, nephews extended family.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lakeview Cemetery (1105 Marshall Ave, Victoria, VA 23974).
