It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Geneva Reece Gammon (Dry Fork, Virginia), born in Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on September 16, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Reece and Mattie Bonnie Reece; her spouse Oliver Saunders Gammon; and her sisters, Mildred Sullivan and Jean Niday.
She is survived by: her children, Patsy Allen (Donnie) of Blairs, VA, Carl Gammon of Dry Fork, VA and David Gammon of Olney, TX; and her niece Judy Widner. She is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
