He is survived by: his wife Deborah Chumley Warner; his children, Stephanie H. Eanes (Jimmy) of Dry Fork, April Greve of Dry Fork, Stacie Gereda of Dry Fork, Adam D. Amos (Tarra) and Paul R. Warner III (Amanda); his sisters, Joan Powers, Sheila Scearce (Ken), Pat Shelton (Randy) and Debbie Durham (Wayne); his grandchildren, Elena Brown (Nick), Miguel Gereda, Matthew Eanes, Jacob Eanes, Zachary Warner, Isaac Trembley, Rusty Amos, Blake Amos and Harley Amos; and his great grandchildren, Elio and Emilio.
