He is survived by : his wife Sandie Hood Williams; his children, Rachel Cox (Ryne) of Kingsport, TN and Russ Williams (Annie Quarles); his grandsons, Leo and Taylor Cox; his siblings, Charles, Carl, Robert, Gary, Ricky, Roger Williams and Betty Fields; and his close friends, Greg Hood and Robert Bledsoe.
