She was predeceased by: her sister Dolly Akers (Michelle); and her grandfather Carlos Akers. She is survived by: her parents, Daniel Akers and Pamela Akers (Dooley); her fiancé Charles Lane; her children, Sierra Akers and Austin Lawson (Mary Elizabeth); her siblings, Tashina Sawyer, Diana Akers, Peggy Akers and David Akers (Heather); and her grandchildren, Madeline Jean, Maverick Koe and Mathias John Lawson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
