She was predeceased by : her husband Earl Thomas Bagwell; her parents, Leroy B. White Sr. and Alma F. White; and her sister Winifred Titus. She is survived by : her daughters, Susan Bagwell Miller (Keith Miller) of Cheriton and Pattie W. Bagwell (Phil Card) of Richmond; her grandchildren, Curtis E. Heath of Eastville and Lauren K. Heath of Eastville; and her siblings, Judith Witt of Virginia Beach, Jacqueline Diener of Tarpon Springs, FL. and Leroy B. White Jr. of Norfolk. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
