He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Brill Eppard and Ina Florene Breeden Eppard. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Clarine Shifflett Eppard; his daughter Rita Stoddard (Danny); his grandson Brian Stoddard (Heather); his great grandchildren, Blake and Landon; his grandson Daniel Beasley; his foster sister Donna Samuels (Pete); and also, Krista, Chase, Billy, Layla and Noah.
